If the trial court rejects a plea agreement as to sentence, the defendant is entitled to withdraw his guilty plea; but if the trial court rejects a recommendation as to sentence made pursuant to an agreement, the defendant is not entitled to withdraw his plea unless he establishes, as here, that there is some other ground for withdrawal.
